Description
Planetary roller extruder consisting of:
a power supply section in the conventional single screw;
a planetary gear section: the latter is constituted by a cylinder fixed roller with internal toothing, by a toothed main spindle and from 8 revolving planetary spindles.
The components of the extruder are equipped with helical gears cut at 45 ° and the teeth of the planetary spindles have an opposite pitch to that of the other components.
Used in the processing of PVC for a gentle lamination at low temperatures and high hourly production.
