For short and long pasta production lines, kneads and produces dough sheets up to 40 cm wide.

Automatic bowl overturning, auger speed variation, dryer, extractable dough shafts, bowls with rounded edges. 

Complete with dough sheet winder and chiller.

adjustable belt speed for dwell times in the steam chamber from 0.5 to 3.5 min;

humidity extraction hoods with adjustable dampers;

hot drying area with high-flow centrifugal fans equipped with filter;

pasteurisation chamber temperature 100°C adjustable

product core temperature 70-90°C adjustable according to product;
